Nothing is more fascinating to me than witnessing the alchemy of transformation and helping people build lives that feel TRUE, not just “successful”.

I’ve worked with brave leaders navigating those emerging truths in their businesses and life paths: former navy generals with a calling to heal the collective, overburdened film producers longing to direct, serial entrepreneurs hiding their souls behind the Stripe screenshots…

What they have in common is that the identity (and drive) that built their past success no longer fits the life they're being called to live NOW. Certainty feels strangely unfamiliar. Melancholy has taken root where Optimism once bloomed. Questions that once had clear answers have become complex.

My writing, teaching and 1:1 offerings exist to help people answer these questions. To disentangle from conformity, obligations and outgrown identities, and recover clarity, coherence and courage to show up in the world in a new way their heart and soul are screaming for.

There is no greater experience of awe and wonder than bearing witness to the exquisite process of human becoming, and the immense liberation of aliveness and energy that follows.

I want that for you. I want that for us.

Because every time one of us sets ourselves free to live into our REAL role in the world, we model the way for others to do the same.

And a great deal more harmony, joy and hope is restored to the collective. I call this process Joyful Discernment.
